Beijing Style Sweet & Sour Sauce

Black Bean Sauce

Chinese BBQ Dipping & Marinade Sauce:

DESCRIPTION: A traditional Chinese marinate sauce, rich in Hong Kong BBQ flavour. A well balanced BBQ taste, great for marinating all kind of meats and vegetable dishes. It can also be used as an excellent dipping sauce served on the side.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar (34%), Hoi Sin & Yellow Bean Sauce (16%), Monosodium Glutamate (15%), Garlic Ginger Powder (11%), Salt (10%), Paprika (5%), Food Colouring (4%), Dark SOY Sauce (3%), Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, SESAME Oil, Black Pepper Powder

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 100ml of BBQ sauce for every 100ml of water. Mix it together, good for up to 1 kilogram of meat. Let it sit for 24 hours prior to barbecue or cooking.

STORAGE ADVICE:

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add 100g of curry paste in a saucepan, add cooking oil and 450g of water. Over a heated stove, stir for 3 to 5 minutes until the curry paste is a smooth sauce.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Add 100g of paste in a saucepan, add cooking oil and 400g of water. Over a heated stove, stir for 3 to 5 minutes until the paste is a smooth sauce. Add more water to thin sauce to your liking.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Put 100gof paste in the pot, add 500ml of hot water. Keep stirring for a few minutes until paste becomes smooth. Sauce is ready.
